Green Lantern villain?[]

Do we consider the Prime Earth version of the character to still be a Green Lantern villain? I know that the New Earth version certainly was, but I think he has only fought Superman since the New 52. Should we change the lede of this article to say the following?

"Hector Hammond is a super-villain with strong mental powers who fights Green Lantern and Superman." DarkKnight2149 22:50, June 17, 2016 (UTC)
Most incarnations of Hector are enemies of Green Lantern, but that doesn't mean every version has to be. Prime Earth Hector has made no appearances in a comic that features one of the Green Lanterns, so the Prime Earth version can't be considered a Green Lantern villain. He was a Green Lantern villain for 40 years. Just because for the last 5, he was used for someone else doesn't change that. --Tupka217 10:19, June 18, 2016 (UTC)
I wasn't suggesting that we remove "Green Lantern", but rather list him as an enemy of both Green Lantern and Superman. As DalekSupreme pointed out, Hammond hasn't even seen Green Lantern since the New 52, and it's not like the old universe is returning (at least not in its entirety).
I understand the "40 years thing", but how far does that stretch? Do we wait until he appears in DC Rebirth before deciding to list him as an enemy of Green Lantern and Superman? DarkKnight2149 00:15, June 19, 2016 (UTC)
From a historical perspective, he has always been a Green Lantern villain. --Tupka217 10:40, June 19, 2016 (UTC)
How long would Hammond have to continue being a Superman villain before we can actually mention it? DarkKnight2149 01:00, June 20, 2016 (UTC)
