History

Originally a cleaner, Glomulus was later consumed by the orange light and became an Orange Lantern. Glomulus was once a being used to clean a tavern on Okaara. He was only allowed out of his cage to eat the food that fell on the floor. One day, when he was released, he ran afoul of an Okaaran warrior who threatened to eat him. Glomulus in turn ate the warrior, then ate everyone in the tavern. Free, he made his way to the Forest of Weeds, where the orange light had been buried long ago. Smelling Larfleeze's meal, Glomulus entered Larfleeze's Palace, where he was consumed by Blume. His identity was replicated and stolen, and Glomulus became an Orange Lantern.
Agent OrangeEdit
Years later, when Larfleeze voided the treaty between him and the Guardians of the Universe, Glomulus was among the Orange Lantern avatars who attacked the Green Lanterns who disturbed Larfleeze's palace. He killed Gretti, the Green Lantern of Space Sector 2828, and consumed his ring, thereby replicating his identity and bringing him into the Orange Lanterns.
The Blackest NightEdit
Glomulus was among the victims of the Orange Light of Avarice who were reanimated into Black Lantern when swarms of black power rings interrupted Larfleeze corps battle on Odym. He was destroyed, along with the other black lanterns, by the combined efforts of Hal Jordan, Carol Ferris, Atrocitus, Saint Walker, Sinestro, and Indigo-1. Currently, Glomulus is still an Orange Lantern construct.
The New GuardiansEdit
When various Power Rings of all the different Emotional Corps sought out Kyle Rayner on Earth, an Orange Power Ring of Avarice was included in that number. When surrounded by the Guardians of the Universe on Oa, the ring re-formed Glomulus, revealing it to be a construct Orange Power Ring, not the Power Ring that Larfleeze wore. Glomulus accompanined Kyle Rayner, Saint Walker, Arkillo, Bleez, Fatality, and Munk back to Okaara as well as The Orrey to find out who had stolen all the Power Rings from their wielders. Glomulus is shown as an Orange Lantern construct, but with some leeway in his actions as well as the ability to change shape slightly into helpful construct designs. Eventually Larfleeze destroys the Glomulus construct, declaring him a traitor for befriending Kyle Rayner, and then announcing "This time you STAY dead."
