History
After being left in a meat freezer on a school field trip, young Mick Rory developed an extreme fear of cold. He combated this by obsessing over heat.
As an adult, he adopted the identity Heat Wave, and using his Heat Gun, often battled the second Flash.
Rory later reformed from a life of crime and become close friends with the Flash.
He later worked for Cadmus Project security and the F.B.I. alongside James Jesse, the former Trickster.
However, Heat Wave returned to his life of crime.
