Droxelle was only a rookie when she disagreed with a superior officer in the line of duty. Disobeying orders resulted in the deaths of several civilians and earned Droxelle a long suspension. She nearly committed suicide, but during the "psycho-drama" of Hal Jordan. found the strength to forgive herself after the families of the fallen forgave her.
Testing Hal JordanEdit
Some time later, Droxelle participated in an elaborate psychological test of Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern of Space Sector 2814. Under the direction of the Guardians of the Universe, Droxelle and Meadlux both posed as Guardians and secretly put Hal Jordan through a "psycho-drama" designed to test his abilities and willpower, following his encounter with the wizard Mrywhydden. Jordan was led to believe that three colleagues, Galius Zed, Kaylark, and Eddore of Tront all became seduced by a new power ring that was free of the yellow impurity. During this "drama", Jordan would witness these Lanterns turn on the "Guardians"; angry over all of the Green Lanterns whose deaths could have been prevented had the "Guardians" issued these more powerful rings.
The three "renegade" Lanterns seemingly attacked the Guardians, and then took off to their respective home worlds to establish their own rule. Jordan would be tested mentally and physically as he confronted and stopped each of these "renegade" Lanterns. The Lanterns themselves would be tested by the experimental rings, which increased its bearers hostility, while tapping into their subconscious mind to project their greatest fears. Eventually, Jordan overcame his three more powerful adversaries, and recovered the experimental rings. Although intrigued by the rings' power, Jordan obeyed his orders and returned the rings to the "Guardians". With his task completed, the "psycho-drama" came to an end and Droxelle's part was revealed.
Return of The Green Lantern CorpsEdit
Droxelle continued to serve as a Green Lantern through the first and second destruction of the Central Power Battery. When the Green Lantern Corps was reformed, Droxelle once again took up the mantle of Green Lantern. Since the reformation, Droxelle has done her best to become a voice of reason to the Lanterns who have made errors in judgment around her. She has taken a special interest in the rookie Horoq Nnot, who had tarnished her reputation by participating in a fight in the Oan Cafeteria between Turytt and the Earth Lanterns. Droxelle was part of the force sent to protect Earth during the Sinestro Corps War.
