The Blue Lantern Power Battery is a prototype created by Ganthet on Oa and hidden as one of two Green Lantern batteries on the Interceptor. When Ganthet sent a signal to the Battery in "Regime Change", it changed from Green to Blue, briefly supercharging all Green Lanterns in the area before departing to look for a wielder.
