After the lift on the ban of Green Lanterns in the Vega System, Altin Ad'Ms was chosen from Okaara to join the Green Lantern Corps. The first time he meets L.E.G.I.O.N. (the former only policing force of the planetary system) he has a run-in with Vril Dox II causing animosity towards the latter. Luckily his new partner, Gorius Karkum calms him down enough to allow their more senior members deal with the issue.
